We built PlayChale so the people who come together to play every week can finally keep their results, track their stats and build a profile worth sharing.
Quick answers for players, venues and organizers.
PlayChale is a sports marketplace and operating system for grassroots sport, made in Ghana and open in any country. It brings finding games, booking venues, sharing costs and tracking stats into one mobile-first platform.
Yes, to get started. Players can join, find games and create games for free. Venues can list for free, and organizers can run a first competition for free. Paid options for heavier use will come later, and you will always see them clearly before you pay for anything.
No. Type in the name of wherever you play and set up your game as usual. Every player still sees what they owe, and you see who’s paid. If the venue is a PlayChale partner, you can also book the slot in the same step.
The host sets a price per player, or a total that’s shared between the spots. Every player sees exactly what they owe and pays the host, and the host sees who has paid, so nobody has to chase anyone after the final whistle.
Yes. PlayChale is made in Ghana and works in any country. Each game, venue and league shows its prices in the local money and its times in the local time, and Discover shows games in your country first. Players pay the host directly, and the host marks who’s paid.
Results and stats from games and competitions played on PlayChale go on each player’s profile as soon as the host or organizer records them. Anyone who played can tell the host if something’s off, and the host puts it right, so your record is one that teammates, organizers and scouts can trust.
Yes, and listing is free. Partner facilities use PlayChale to take bookings online, avoid double bookings, track revenue and get discovered by players looking for somewhere to play.
Yes, either kind. A league draws every round at once and keeps the table as results come in. A tournament draws its first round, and each round after it draws itself as the results land — a tie still level after the whistle goes to penalties. Add the teams (or invite teams already on PlayChale), and it gets a page everyone can follow. It suits corporate and inter-company leagues, school competitions, community tournaments, and alumni, church and university games. Running something big? Talk to us and we’ll help you set it up.
