Run the company league without the arguments

However many companies enter and however many play for them, PlayChale holds the rosters, the schedule, the results and the money you are owed — and gives every company a page to follow.

Watch a season being run

Forty-five seconds in the real app, with the demo league: eligibility, the schedule, matchday, the money and the report.

Running a company league: Kojo runs the Inter-Company League: eight companies, a hundred and twenty players. Each company puts its own squad up and he decides who is eligible. The schedule is drafted, checked and only then published. On matchday an official fills in one match sheet — who played, who scored, who was carded. Entry fees are tracked, never collected or held, and the season can be downloaded as a report.

What the operator actually does

The season, in the order you live it.

  1. 01

    Teams and who may play

Each company runs its own squad, and you decide who is eligible.

    • Invite a manager per company by link — they use their own PlayChale account, not a shared login
    • Managers enter players by name, with an optional staff reference, before anyone has joined PlayChale
    • The manager attests the squad are their employees, then you approve or turn down each one, with a reason
    • Players claim their place later, and only then does it reach their profile and their stats
  2. 02

    A schedule that survives contact

Drafted, checked, then published — nobody follows a kick-off that is still moving.

    • Round-robin pairings generated, then every fixture editable: round, date, time, length and pitch
    • Two pitches at once is normal, so clashes are checked: a team, an official or a pitch in two places
    • Publishing is all or nothing — a schedule with a clash in it publishes none of itself
    • Fixtures can be moved before kick-off, and both teams and the official are told
  3. 03

    Matchday in the official’s hands

The result comes from whoever refereed it, not from whoever shouts loudest.

    • Officials see only the fixtures they are assigned
    • A digital match sheet: who checked in, starters and subs, goals, assists, and yellow and red cards
    • Submitting updates the table, the stats and every claimed player’s profile at once
    • Managers and players cannot change an official result; an organiser can correct it, with a reason that is kept
  4. 04

    Entry fees tracked, never held

Companies pay you the way they already do. PlayChale only keeps the record straight.

    • Amount due per company, marked unpaid, paid or waived
    • Bank transfer, mobile money, cash or other, with a reference, a date and a private note
    • Totals reconcile against the teams entered, so you know who still owes before matchday
    • No money moves through PlayChale, and none of this appears on the public page
  5. 05

Telling everyone, and proving you did

One message to the right people, and a record of who saw it.

    • Announce to everyone, to your staff, or to a single company
    • Delivered in the app and to phones that have notifications on
    • A ready-made WhatsApp message for the people who are not on PlayChale yet
    • Ask for an acknowledgement when it matters, and see who has given one
  6. 06

    The season on paper

What you hand to finance, to HR, and to whoever asks what happened.

    • A public page in your organisation’s name and colour that anyone can follow without an account
    • CSV of rosters, of the schedule and results, of attendance and cards, and of the entry fees
    • A branded league report, marked interim until the season finishes
    • An audit trail of every staff change, eligibility decision, schedule publication, result and payment record

Where it stops

Worth knowing before you ask, rather than after.

  • PlayChale never collects or holds entry fees. Companies settle with you directly, and you record it.
  • Managers attest that their players are employees. PlayChale does not verify employment or check documents.
  • Reminders reach the app and phones with notifications on. There is no bulk SMS.
  • The public page carries your name and colour. Custom domains and full white-labelling are not offered.

Run your first season free

We would rather prove it than describe it. The first competition in your workspace costs nothing — set it up, run it to the final whistle, and keep the reports. We will talk about what the next season costs once you have seen it work.

Corporate operations are switched on per organisation while this is a pilot, so get in touch and we will open yours.
