Your league, on one page the whole group can see

Alumni sides, church tournaments, hall cups, the estate five-a-side. Add the teams, draw the fixtures, and the table, the scorers and the results look after themselves — on one page the whole group can follow.

What you actually do

Set it up once, then keep recording results.

  1. 01

    Set it up once

A league where everyone plays everyone, or a cup that draws itself round by round.

    • Name it, pick the sport and the format, and say where it is played
    • Add teams yourself, or invite teams that already exist on PlayChale — their captain accepts
    • A team that joins late is taken in, and the fixtures are drawn again, until the first result
  2. 02

    Captains run their own squads

You are not the one chasing fifteen people for their names.

    • Each captain manages their squad and answers requests to join it
    • Anyone with the link can ask a captain for a place
    • A squad link lets someone add themselves, which saves an evening of messages
  3. 03

    Results, table and scorers

Record the score and everything else follows.

    • The table updates itself — points, goal difference, form
    • A scorers chart for the sports that keep player stats
    • A cup draws its next round as the results land, and a tie level after the whistle goes to penalties
  4. 04

    One link everyone follows

A page for the competition that anyone can open, signed in or not.

    • Fixtures, the table and the results, without an account
    • Share it to WhatsApp, where your group already is
    • Every result lands on the players’ own records too

Where it stops

Worth knowing before you start, rather than after.

  • PlayChale never collects or holds money. Subs and pitch hire are settled between you, and you record who has paid.
  • Eligibility checks, entry-fee tracking, assigned match officials and the audit trail are the corporate layer, which is in pilot and switched on per organisation.
  • Reminders reach the app and phones with notifications on. There is no bulk SMS.
  • Under-18s are not catered for yet: PlayChale has no guardian consent, so a competition here should be adults.

Start one and share the link

Setting up a competition is free and takes a few minutes. Add the teams, draw the fixtures, and send one link to the group — they can follow it without an account.
